“I have always wondered how my paintings would look if they were moving.

In the ART IN PUBLIC project, I take my paintings to the streets and photograph them within the perspective of the city.

They thus are placed in other contexts and work as spotlights capturing a fleeting moment.

The painting is held by a random passer-by for a few seconds and I press the shutter release.

Time has turned upside down – the world around us has stopped and the painting began to move.”
